Ingredients

  • 4 round steaks,每个大约1/2磅

  • 2 Teaspoons
  • 2 Teaspoons freshly ground pepper

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup buttermilk

Directions

In a deep,heavy skillet,heat oil.
